Insignia Financial's new satellite office in suburban Melbourne tested a hub-and-spoke model to enhance collaboration and support employees by reducing commute times. This strategic approach has resulted in an impressive 80% daily capacity, with the office design prioritising versatility and incorporating various work and collaboration methods.
The design's focus on flexibility and collaboration was central to the project's vision. It created a dynamic and efficient workspace that integrated branding elements of Insignia Financial and its subsidiary Bridges Financial into the workplace design. It is a vibrant office that provides a modernised environment for work, collaboration, and client engagements.
